Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using ImernowStudio PageFlow AI, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, store, schedule, and publish through ImernowStudio. You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent to use all media, captions, links, and Page assets submitted through the platform.
3. Facebook / Meta API Compliance
Users are responsible for publishing only content they have the right to use. Users must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Facebook Page policies, and applicable laws. ImernowStudio may pause, reject, remove, or limit content that appears to violate these rules, platform policies, law, copyright, or acceptable use requirements.
4. Google Flow Bridge Responsibility
Google Flow Bridge is an optional AI workflow feature. Users are responsible for the content they generate, upload, store, and publish. ImernowStudio does not guarantee the availability of third-party AI services and may limit or disable AI workflow features if they violate platform policies, law, copyright, or acceptable use rules.
5. Facebook Page Publishing and Scheduling
ImernowStudio publishes or schedules content only after a user connects a Facebook account, selects a Facebook Page, prepares content, and requests a publish or schedule action. ImernowStudio does not publish to personal Facebook profiles and does not publish content without user action.
6. Payment & Subscription
Payments may be processed through Midtrans or other supported payment processors. Subscription access, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the billing terms displayed at checkout or in the dashboard.
7. Storage Limits
Each plan includes storage limits. Uploaded media, generated AI media, captions, schedules, and workflow files may count toward the user's quota. Files may be automatically deleted according to cleanup rules, publishing status, user deletion requests, or account status.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use ImernowStudio for unlawful content, copyright infringement, impersonation, deceptive activity, unauthorized Page management, spam, abusive behavior, malware, or activity that violates Meta policies or applicable law. Accounts or content may be suspended, limited, or removed if violations are detected.
