ImernowStudio helps Facebook Page admins, creators, and agencies create, schedule, publish, and monitor content for Facebook Pages selected by the user. This page describes the basic reviewable flow.

Getting Started

1. Create an ImernowStudio account.
2. Log in to the dashboard.
3. Connect Facebook through Meta Login.
4. Select the Facebook Pages you want to manage.
5. Create, publish, schedule, and review your publishing history.

Create Account

Open the registration page, enter your name, email, and password, then agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy. ImernowStudio does not ask users to paste Facebook access tokens on the public website.

Connect Facebook

After login, open the dashboard and choose Connect Facebook. You will be redirected to Meta Login to approve the requested permissions. ImernowStudio uses Facebook permissions only after the user chooses to connect Facebook.

Select Facebook Page

After connection, ImernowStudio displays the Facebook Pages managed by the user. Users select which Pages they want to manage. ImernowStudio only publishes to Pages selected by the user.

Upload Media

Users may upload video or image files for Facebook Page publishing. Uploaded media is stored according to the user's storage quota and can be reused in publishing workflows.

Create Caption

Users write captions and choose the content type before publishing. Supported public-facing Facebook Page content types are Reels, video, photo, and feed posts.

Publish Now

To publish immediately, the user selects a Facebook Page, prepares media and caption, then confirms the publish action. ImernowStudio sends the user-created content to the selected Facebook Page.

Schedule Post

To schedule a post, the user selects the Facebook Page, date, time, media, and caption, then confirms the schedule action. ImernowStudio stores the schedule and processes the user-requested publish or scheduling action.

View Publishing History

The publishing history page shows previous publishing actions, status, content type, selected Page, schedule information, and retry or sync actions when appropriate.

Facebook Permissions Used

• pages_show_list: shows Pages managed by the user.
• pages_read_engagement: reads Page and post information for dashboard, history, and analytics.
• pages_manage_posts: publishes or schedules user-created posts to selected Pages.
• pages_manage_metadata: verifies Page connection status, refreshes selected Page details, and supports user-requested webhook settings.
• read_insights: used only for analytics if enabled by the user.

Data Deletion

Users can request deletion by emailing admin@imernow.com. Users can also revoke Facebook access through Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → Remove ImernowStudio. See the Data Deletion Instructions.

Google Flow Bridge

Google Flow Bridge is an optional AI workflow. Users operate their own Google Flow workflow and may use ImernowStudio to organize prompts, generated media, captions, and storage. This AI workflow is separate from the Facebook permission request and is not required to publish or schedule Facebook Page content.
