Data Deletion Instructions

ImernowStudio allows users to request deletion of their stored account, Facebook Page, publishing, media, and optional AI workflow data at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:
Please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your registered email address
- Your Facebook account email if applicable
- The Facebook Page connected to this application
- A clear request to delete your data from ImernowStudio
Disconnecting From Facebook
You can also revoke ImernowStudio access directly from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → Remove ImernowStudio. This prevents ImernowStudio from accessing your Facebook account or Pages in the future.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- User account data
- Connected Facebook account data
- Facebook Page data stored in our system
- Uploaded media files
- Generated AI media files
- Captions, schedules, publishing history, and queue records
- Connected AI workflow task data where technically possible
- Related logs where deletion is legally and technically possible
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or technical audit purposes.
