ImernowStudio respects your privacy. ImernowStudio is a Facebook Page publishing and scheduling platform for Page admins, creators, and agencies. Optional AI video workflows are available through a user-connected Google Flow workflow.
Information We Collect
- User account information such as name and email address
- Facebook account and Page information approved by the user
- Facebook Page access permissions granted by the user
- Uploaded media files for publishing and scheduling purposes
- Captions, posting schedules, and publishing history
- AI generation task data and media results
- Connected AI workflow task data, prompts, captions, and generated files
- Billing and subscription information
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide account access, Facebook Page selection, user-requested publishing, user-requested scheduling, publishing history, media storage, optional AI workflow features, billing, and support.
Meta / Facebook Permissions We Use
ImernowStudio requests Facebook Page permissions only after the user chooses to connect their Facebook account. These permissions are used only to provide user-requested Facebook Page management features.
- pages_show_list: used to display the Facebook Pages that the user manages.
- pages_read_engagement: used to read Page and post information needed for dashboard, publishing history, and basic analytics.
- pages_manage_posts: used to publish or schedule user-created content to selected Facebook Pages.
- pages_manage_metadata: used to verify Page connection status, refresh selected Page details, and manage Page webhook subscription settings requested by the user.
- read_insights: used only if the analytics feature is enabled and the user requests Page or post performance data.
ImernowStudio does not sell Facebook data. ImernowStudio does not use Facebook data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes. Facebook data is used only to provide the Page management features requested by the user.
Data Storage
Uploaded media files, generated files, captions, and schedules may be stored according to the user's storage quota and cleanup settings. Some files may be deleted after publishing, cancellation, or account deletion according to product rules and legal requirements.
AI Data
Optional AI video and image workflows use Google Flow Bridge. Users connect and operate their own Google Flow workflow. ImernowStudio may store AI prompts, captions, workflow task data, generated media, and exported files according to the user's storage quota and account settings.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. Data may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the application, such as hosting, payment processing, storage, email delivery, Google Flow workflow connections requested by the user, and Meta APIs.
Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their data at any time by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
Revoking Facebook Access
Users can disconnect ImernowStudio from Facebook inside the ImernowStudio dashboard or through Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → Remove ImernowStudio.
